Batching involves grouping similar tasks together and completing them in one go. For example, if you need to respond to emails, set aside a specific time to do it rather than responding throughout the day. This reduces the mental effort required to switch between different types of tasks.

Time blocking involves dividing your day into blocks of time, each dedicated to a specific task or group of tasks. This method helps ensure you allocate enough time to high-priority tasks and prevents less important tasks from consuming your day.
